Dear customers,
These principles aim to inform you how the companies of the BeOak Group, namely:

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.
The most common examples of personal data processed by the Companies in their everyday business are identification data (in particular name and surname) and contact details (in particular address, e-mail address, phone number) of customers (natural persons), or representatives, employees, associates, or members of statutory bodies of customers (legal persons) (together “customers”).
The controller of your personal data is always the Company with which you have entered into a contract, or to which you have granted consent to process your personal data.
The Company, as the controller, determines how and for what purpose your personal data will be processed.
The Company processes personal data in the following categories:

For the purpose of fulfilling their obligations, certain customer data may need to be shared with them. These providers are verified by the Company and provide sufficient guarantees regarding the confidentiality and protection of your personal data.
b) Disclosure of personal data to third parties Under certain circumstances, the Company is required to share personal data with third parties other than the above-mentioned service providers, in accordance with data protection regulations.

To protect your privacy and rights, appropriate safeguards are applied, in particular EU standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission.
The Company uses modern IT security systems to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are maintained to prevent unlawful or unauthorized processing and accidental loss or damage. Access to your data is restricted to persons who need it for their duties and who are bound by confidentiality.
