1. Organizer

This contest is organized by Beoak Prague s.r.o., located at Plynární 1617/10, Holešovice (Praha 7), 170 00 Praha business ID 06214517. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of Czech republic and Slovakia aged [minimum age, 18] years or older. Employees of Beoak Prague s.r.o. , its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins on 22.08.2025 at 16:00 and ends on 30.09.2025 at 20:00 (CET).

4. How to EnterParticipants must:

• Subscribe to our newsletter.
• Shop for 50 € or more, use the code MENU+, and you’re in

Entries that violate Instagram’s policies or contain inappropriate content will be disqualified.

5. Prize

The prize value is up to €(excluding VAT). The Organizer will draw 1 winner. The winner must have permanent or temporary residence in the territory of Czech republic or Slovakia. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be chosen randomly on 30.09.2025. The winners will be announced on in the posts comment section and contacted via direct message on Instagram. Winners must respond within 3 days to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity & Data Protection

By entering, participants consent to Beoak Prague s.r.o. using their Instagram handle, submitted content, and name for promotional purposes. Personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and data protection laws. 

8. Liability & Disclaimers

Beoak Prague s.r.o. is not responsible for technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any damages related to participation. The contest is void where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Beoak Prague s.r.o. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control affects the integrity of the contest.
